New, degree-seeking undergraduate or transfer students will receive a tuition guarantee, even if you’re enrolling part-time. What you pay in year 1, you pay in year 4. Under the plan, in-state tuition and general and miscellaneous student services fees will remain fixed for four years. *This includes 12 consecutive (including summers) semesters.
100% online degree programs qualify non-Ohio residents to pay in-state tuition rates with a $5 per-hour surcharge.
If you file a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and can demonstrate financial need, you
may qualify for need-based aid such as loans and grants.
Adult, transfer and first-time students may qualify for scholarships and you are automatically
considered for a merit scholarship based on your GPA when you apply to UToledo.
The University of Toledo offers a Rocket Payment Plan to help families manage the cost of financing a college education. The Rocket Payment Plan is not a loan, you will not be assessed interest, only a low enrollment fee each time you elect to enroll.
The plan allows you to break down your current term educational expenses into easy-to-manage installments, rather than one lump-sum payment. Payment due dates are specific to the plan and the semester. It's simple and convenient.
