UToledo’s job placement rate is almost 100% for graduates of our professional science master’s degree program in transplantation and donation sciences. Donation coordinators earn an average starting salary of $75,000 per year.

80% of our graduates during the past 15 years continue to work in the organ procurement and transplantation field, and 25% of them are now in management and leadership roles.

UToledo graduates are prepared to take national certification examinations offered by the American Board for Transplant Certification after working in the field for a year.
